Paving with Purpose: Meet Cecil Terry

Hi, I’m Cecil Terry, owner of Alliance Asphalt Pros. I’ve worked in asphalt paving for 33 years—but the truth is, this work runs much deeper than that. I’m a third-generation paver. I learned the trade from my dad, who learned from my grandfather. They taught me to take pride in a job well done and to treat people right.

Starting this business was about more than just making a living. It was about building something of my own—something I could one day leave to my kids and grandkids.

At Alliance Asphalt Pros, I make sure every customer feels heard and respected. Too many companies treat people like just another number. I won’t do that. I take time to meet with you, walk through the job, and go over every detail—twice—before we get started.

We work throughout Pulaski, Montgomery, Wythe, Floyd, and Roanoke County. If you’re in the area, chances are we’ve already done work in your neighborhood.

I pay close attention to detail and treat every customer like a neighbor or friend. My favorite part of the job is meeting new people and helping them improve their property.

When I’m off the clock, I’m with family, at church, or out enjoying the water. Whether it’s a lake, river, or boat, that’s my happy place.
